El desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje de matemática en décimo grado de secundaria regular

The development of socio-emotional skills in the mathematics teaching-learning process in the tenth grade of regular secondary school

Resumen

La investigación implementó y evaluó una estrategia didáctica basada en habilidades socioemocionales (HSE) para el aprendizaje de la Ley del Seno en 50 estudiantes de décimo grado del Instituto Nacional Santo Domingo, Nicaragua, mediante un diseño pre-test/post-test con enfoque mixto (programa NICAMATE). En el diagnóstico, el rendimiento medio fue de 3.74/5, detectándose una brecha del 12% entre problemas directos (74% éxito) y contextualizados (62% éxito), lo que evidenció dificultades en la transferencia a situaciones reales. En el ámbito socioemocional, la media global fue de 3.70/5; la principal debilidad fue la búsqueda de estrategias alternativas ante el error (ítem 12: media 2.04), con un 76% que no intentaba formas diferentes de resolver. Se identificó rigidez estratégica: 64% persistía repitiendo el mismo procedimiento fallido. Las fortalezas iniciales fueron la escucha atenta (media 4.54) y la identificación inmediata de la ley del seno (84%). Tras la intervención, el logro más destacado fue la mejora en búsqueda de estrategias alternativas (ítem 12: de 2.04 a 4.30, +111%). La persistencia rígida se redujo del 64% al 20%, mientras que la persistencia flexible aumentó del 6% al 42%. También mejoraron la organización de ideas (+1.38 puntos) y la capacidad de explicar procedimientos (+1.16 puntos). La conclusión principal es que la integración articulada de habilidades socioemocionales en la enseñanza de la Ley del Seno, mediante NICAMATE, resultó altamente efectiva para mejorar simultáneamente el dominio conceptual matemático, la autorregulación emocional, la flexibilidad estratégica, la autoconfianza y las habilidades colaborativas, transformando significativamente el aprendizaje matemático en secundaria.
