The impact of organizational culture on teachers' job performance: a systematic review

Resumen

La calidad educativa depende en gran medida del desempeño docente, el cual no solo responde a sus capacidades individuales, sino también al entorno institucional en el que el profesional se desenvuelve. En este contexto, este estudio presenta una revisión sistemática de la literatura aplicando el método PRISMA para analizar la relación entre la cultura organizacional y el desempeño laboral docente. Se utilizaron como fuentes de información Scopus, Web of Science y SciSpace, lo que permitió identificar 26 artículos que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. El análisis de la literatura evidenció una relación positiva y significativa entre la cultura organizacional y el desempeño docente. Además, otros factores como la motivación, el liderazgo y el compromiso también influyeron en esta relación. Es necesario continuar investigando este tema en distintos contextos para comprender mejor sus implicaciones y aplicar estos hallazgos en escenarios específicos, como el ecuatoriano.
