Análisis del estilo de liderazgo de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Contaduría y Administración Empresarial

La evaluación sobre diversos momentos que vive un estudiante en su formación, entre los que se encuentra el poder entender el estilo de liderazgo de los inscritos en la Licenciatura en Contaduría y Administración Empresarial al realizar un diagnóstico a través de un estudio descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental-transversal apoyado en el instrumento Test DISC, adaptado al contexto y aplicado en los diversos semestres de ese programa académico. Los resultados revelan un predominio del estilo Influyente en el 1ª semestre, mientras que el 3ª semestre muestra un perfil Influyente - Dominante, así el 4ª semestre refleja el estilo Dominante, el 5ª semestre tiene un perfil Influyente - Estable, mientras que en el 7º semestre registra Dominante – Influyente – Cumplidor, lo que refleja madurez y valoración de su formación. Por ello, se recomienda favorecer entornos con talleres de adaptación al contexto académico y el taller de liderazgo de gestión estratégica para facilitar la transición integral del egresado.
